Nazare
Nazare’s global life sciences client wanted their marketers to understand the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, to identify their development opportunities, and to use personalised development plans to reach their potential.
Working collaboratively with the client’s global capability training leader and the Nazare team, I developed a marketing capability framework describing the skills and knowledge marketers need at all proficiency levels. Based on this I curated a guide with high-quality learning resources and development opportunities for each capability and proficiency level. Having identified resource gaps in key capability areas I recommended and developed new performance support materials including:
-Job aids for leaders with prompts, checklists and coaching questions for key scenarios on topics including insight, segmentation and portfolio planning.
-Engaging and interactive elearning modules on insight, brand positioning and measuring performance.
