Guide Dogs research showed that people with visual impairment and their families needed more online information and advice. Important topics with inadequate provision included eye conditions and technology.
Guide Dogs commissioned me to write accessible, helpful and trustworthy content optimised for search. Drawing on insights from Guide Dogs and my own research, I wrote with empathy and sensitivity, delivering content with a human touch. With my support in creating content at scale, the Guide Dogs Information and Advice team was able to rapidly expand their provision in new areas.
